We answer email within 1 business day, usually faster before noon. Include your order number when you have one; it saves a round trip.
Two tips that speed everything up: photos beat descriptions for anything damaged in transit, and stating your goal ("refund", "replace", "just explain") right up front lets the first reply be the useful one instead of the clarifying one. Voicemails left after hours are returned the next working morning, in the order they arrived.
Payment and shipping both run through our authorized checkout partner, so billing questions sometimes take one extra hop; we still own the answer and will not bounce you between companies. These published channels are also part of the source-verification checklist: correspondence from anywhere else is not us.
We will never ask for card numbers, passwords, or gift cards by email or phone. If someone claiming to be BrainLive support does, forward it to us and then delete it.
