The Facility
BrainLive is blended and jarred in an FDA-registered facility in the United States operating under cGMP, the federal rulebook covering identity checks on incoming raw material, equipment hygiene, lot segregation, and record-keeping. cGMP is not a quality award; it is the minimum contract, and it is where our checklist starts rather than ends.
The Laboratory
Finished batches are sampled by Rimrock Assay Laboratories, LLC, an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, the standard governing testing competence. Independence is the operative word: the lab bills for accuracy, not for good news, and its reference number for the current cycle (RAL-3317/26) appears on our batch-check page right next to the results.
What a Batch Must Pass
- Fiber identity and potency by HPAEC-PAD, the carbohydrate-appropriate method; batch EBL26-0741M assayed at 98.72%.
- Heavy metals by ICP-MS: lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, currently reading < 0.28 ppm (ICP-MS).
- Microbiology to USP chapters: Conforms - USP <2021>/<2022>.
- Gluten and major-allergen screening consistent with the dairy-free, gluten-free label.
- Pesticide-residue screen on botanical inputs at intake, before they earn a place in the blend.
Where the Ingredients Come From
Konjac root and pea starch arrive from established food-grade growers in Asia and North America respectively; baobab fruit powder is wild-harvested and dried in Africa under food-export standards; the spermidine extract is produced from non-GMO plant material and verified for potency at intake. Every supplier ships with certificates, and every intake is re-checked here, because trust without testing is just hope with a letterhead.
What Pass and Fail Mean Here
A batch that misses any screen does not ship, full stop; there is no discount outlet and no second market, which single-sourcing makes possible. The published numbers for the current run live on the batch check, the label logic lives on the ingredient page, and if you want the certificate itself, ask and it arrives within a business day.
